End User Support

Hands On Customer Assistance

This team will answer your phone calls, respond to your texts and instant message with you. We also have team members on the ground that can visit to resolve your problems on the spot. Members will always create a "trouble ticket" that documents your issues and their resolution so that we maintain a history of what has occurred.


Network Operations Team

Keeping the Network Running Smoothly

The Network Operations Team manages all of the Cirrus infrastructure as well as the equipment on location. It gets alerted when any equipment fails, or even when unusual behaviour is observed by its systems. This team is also the escalation point for members of the End User Support team for particularly difficult issues.


Solutions Development Team

Building New Features

The Solutions Development Team is responsible for engineering the network and service set for you. It continually works to make connections easier, the support more responsive, and the documentation and reporting more effective.
